LIMITED WARRANTY

All materials, equipment, and fixtures installed are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are not warranted by Built To Perfection, Inc. Built To Perfection, Inc. warrants its workmanship for a period of 5 years from the completion of the work of improvement. Owner must provide Built To Perfection, Inc. notice of any noted issues within 48-hours of a problem arising; this warranty shall be void if any other contractor has worked on the property or has modified the work installed by Built To Perfection, Inc. in any way. Built To Perfection, Inc. shall provide labor to repair fixtures Built To Perfection, Inc. supplied, and installed if the fixtures fail during this one-year period. However, labor that is necessary to repair any owner-supplied fixtures shall be at the Owner’s expense. THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BUILT TO PERFECTION, INC. IS ONLY AS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, IS INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, IN WRITING AND CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
